Only the details you enter in the request form: your name, work email, company, website, business type, ad spend range, the channels you run and your message.

I use your details to reply to your request and to take steps at your request before we enter into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). I also rely on my legitimate interest in running the business, such as keeping a record of conversations (article 6(1)(f)).

Your details are never added to a marketing list and never sold.

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and handled through Google email. The website itself runs on a hosting provider. These providers may process data outside the EU. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted. If we start working together, the details become part of the client relationship and are kept for as long as that requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict or object to how they are used, or receive them in a portable format. Email travis@poldergrowth.com and I'll respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
